Initiate Your Request
Log into your inBath account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective internal padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship to our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for larger fixtures.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items for resale condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
